At the beginning of the story he was going to cut down a tree.He is a very hard working person. For example,he went to the woods. Another example, Is that he got his axes to cut down the tree. A third example, Is that he got ready to cut down the tree that he saw but a spirit talked to him. Clearly that is what happen at the beginning of the story.

At the end of the story mantharaka asked is wife what he should do with his wish.For example,he he asked the barber.A second example, is that the barber told him not to listen to his wife .A third example, is that his wife told him to wish for to heads and four arms. Clearly that is what he did at the end.

Manthraka actions change because he took his wifes advise. For example, he went and told the spirit what he wanted.A second example ,is when the spirit granted his wish. The last example, is wen he went back to his house his friends killed him because they thought he was a demon. Clearly that is why he died .
